Room 2+2a is an apartment; max. 4 persons. If the second room is for children under 12 it is only R350 per child per night
Check in time: From 14h00 and departure time is by 11h00. Please feel free to discuss any special request and advise us, should you require any special request.
Rates include a full breakfast. Single occupancy minus 30%.
Booking and cancellation policy:
- To guarantee your booking and to acknowledge the reservation conditions, your credit card details are required.
- Cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival 50%, 7 days prior arrival 100% of the total amount.
- We do not require down payment; exceptions only for groups
- We be happy to assist you with airport transfer, car rental, tours, conferences or exclusive weddings.
- Kleinbosch restaurant is open 7 days a week 'a la carte'.
- Children of all ages are always welcome at Augusta, we prepare special kiddies meals as well. Children younger than 4, sharing a room or suite with their parents stay free of charge. We have a baby cot available on request. Children between the ages of 4 – 11 pay R250 per night including breakfast
- Minimum Stay: The period 15 – 12 -2009 to 15 – 01 - 2010 a minimum stay of two nights required.
- Group Cancellations (from 6 rooms):
Within 90 days prior arrival we charge 25%, within 60 days 50 % and within 30 days or "No Show" 100 % of the total accommodation amount. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of stay which is booked and confirmed. Cancellations deemed valid only if received in writing. Receipt of deposit or credit card number assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
